Mount Edgcumbe House

Mount Edgcumbe House is a Grade II listed stately home in south-east Cornwall, situated within Mount Edgcumbe Country Park, in the parish of Maker on the Rame Peninsula, overlooking Plymouth Sound. Formerly the seat of the Earls of Mount Edgcumbe, the house was built between 1547 and 1553. The grounds are very popular with walkers and there are many features of historical interest including The Follies.
